Remedies for inflamed joints make a poultice of mashed raw peeled ginger (soft cloth with mashed ginger spread on cloth) and applied anywhere there is inflammation - the ginger will pull the inflammation out of the joint to the skin and the skin gets really hot.  so if you apply this to the back or any other inflamed area the heat relaxes the muscles and the ginger is reducing the inflammation So you spread about a palm size amount of mashed ginger on the soft cloth then you cover the mashed ginger by putting the left side of the cloth over top of the mashed ginger and then the right side of the cloth over the left side and then fold the top over and then the lower comes up over  - like an envelopeor small package Now turn it over and the part that is touching the skin is where you have just one layer of cloth -  the nice part is that you have a few layers behind so if it is quite moist or wet it will help soak up any drips or moisture that seeps through Now apply that one layer part of the cloth to the area that is inflamed - if it is a joint like a finger or thumb wrap it around and wrap a small ace or animal wrap to hold it on, some animal wraps are great as they are self sticking to hold the poultice on - if it is a flat area just lay the single layer of the cloth over the area and then wrap around the cloth to hold it in place.

3. Garlic Garlic’s secret weapon is allicin, but it only works if you activate it. It: • Strengthens your heart • Boosts immunity • Lowers cancer risk
** Every morning take a chunk of raw garlic, cut it in half , wet it with water or olive oil or coconut oil and just swallow it like a pill.  If half is too big to swallow then just make it small enough to swallow comfortably and use at least one whole clove, this will kill parasites in the gut. You will not taste it and you will not smell like garlic either.  The gut will absorb and spread the garlic through the gut to attack parasites and kill them.
But the allicin in the garlic is only released if you do one of these three things:Garlic only works if you activate it. Chop it, chew it, or boil it...otherwise, your body gets nothing. Want to take it to the next level? Here’s how to combine it with honey for max benefits:

4. Lemon Lemon is more than just flavor. It fights inflammation by lowering nitric oxide levels. Add it to your tea, water, or meals and let it work. It is particularly great first thing in the morning to drink 1/2 lemon juice with 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper mixed well and drunk down. A good kick start to any morning and healthy too

But the real benefits go even deeper…
