There are so many who are in fear of a truly balanced meal with raw cheese or raw milk and raw butter that has the natural bacteria that kills bad bacteria. you were lied to that store cheese and milk are safer, Realize that if you are drinking store milk you are consuming milk with pus in it along with parasites. Would you feed your children pus? An experiment was done putting store milk in a glass jar and raw milk in another jar. In one weeks the store's milk was spoiled and clumpy. The raw milk was still pure milk just beginning to make curds and whey. Putting some of the raw milk into the store milk and in an hour the store milk started to change consistency as the good bacteria in the raw milk was killing the bad bacteria. This is what happens in your gut when you drink raw milk. It cleans your gut and adds good bacteria. It is false information that cows carry brucellosis
This was in years past when cattle were not tested prior to milking like being done today.Testing has been done on sick children giving control group #1 store milk and antibiotics - and control group #2 no antibiotics and just raw milk 4 times daily.
Control group #1 took much longer to recover and had to be put on acidophilus and probiotics to return good bacteria to their gut system
Control group #2 recovered quickly with no loss of good bacteria, and actually increasing more good bacteria into their gut system.
